My name is Sharon and I have had an ileostomy for 21 years following 5 years of UC.
I have created a chat channel on IRC on Dalnet server called #ostomates. It is intended not only for ostomates but also for those contemplating surgery and those with IBD so people can come together and chat online and share their experiences and, of course, make new friends.
